Have you ever tried to maintain a daily creative process only to fail after a few weeks or even days?

This workshop is designed to help you achieve a creative habit with purpose!

This challenge will follow the basics of the positive psychology PERMA model and provide you with emailed meaningful prompts 6 days a week for 5 weeks.  You will have one day a week to either catch up or take a rest.

Join our closed 30 Day Challenge Facebook Group and join your tribe as you together explore creative prompts that are easy to follow and will allow plenty of opportunity to promote life long wellbeing benefits.

Once you have signed up you will have lifetime access to the 30 Day Challenge Facebook Group allowing continued access to all material. So if life catches up with you and you fall behind you can join back in next time around.

There is no need to have prior artistic or creative experience, there will be plenty of help and guidance along the way.  Nor will you need to rush out and purchase a huge amount of art supplies, you will have most of what you need lying around the house. Although you may decide that you do want to purchase a few things to experiment with along the way, these are all optional.

The cost is a minimal just over $1.00 NZD a day, so barriers to entry are limited. Closer to a 80c a day if you live in USA.
