Art Journaling + Positive Psychology
Art Journaling is one way to express and process emotions – positive and negative. During this period of worldwide turmoil I have used up a fair amount of journal space! This workshop provides the opportunity to share with me as I work through the variety of emotions that everyday life throws at up. These are the emotions we all share but sometimes find difficult to express. Using many different art techniques and bringing in the positive psychology wisdom I have videoed my working experience. I have edited these to a manageable size and will share them with you. Images of many more pages with written how-to instructions will also be included.
